Welcome to my New Website!

When I started The Farmhouse Workshop, I had a lot of dreams in my head about products I wanted to create and services I wanted to offer. I have had a lot of inspiration from the maker community online and I have learned a lot not only about making amazing products, but also how to grow a business, build a brand, and capitalize on market trends.

I started with a very basic website with a small outdated gallery, an about section, and a contact form. However, I am at the point where I have built a small inventory of products that work well with my customers and I want to provide the option of shopping for my products online. You can click the Shop link at the top of my website to see some of the products I currently have available for purchase.

I also want this website to serve my customers by allowing an easier shopping experience with furniture purchases. Until now, every dining table I have built has been custom to my customer's needs, but I am hoping to streamline this process with some standard designs that are quite popular. I still have the desire to do custom work, so if you are interested in having a table made that is different from the farmhouse tables offered in my online store, please use the contact form to contact me.

Lastly, there are quite a few woodworkers (both professional and hobbyists) who enjoy talking shop. I hope to use this blog to further build this community, talk about tools, design trends, and provide some DIY instructional posts.
